As a former resident, and employee on the 100 block of gay street is good to be 'in the know'. Rick Emmett has just updated the site, 100 Block Construction, to keep us all up to date. So far the construction has not be too bad. My only complaint is the closing of Jackson Ave at the S. corner of Gay St., this really puts me a good 60 seconds behind on my rush to the office.
