Soooo... apparently {via the huffington post} there is some crazy act to censor the internets... and get this media companies are the ones doing it. It gets passed / unpassed / or blocked on Thursday by a Judiciary Committee. I think this was the most shocking quote: "If people don't speak out, US citizens could soon find themselves joining Iranians and Chinese in being blocked from accessing broad chunks of the public Internet."
Wowzies! I know people in China, and they can't even use blogger! wtf? Isn't this infringement of our free speech you might ask... the huff post (although many times biased) says it is! So what can you do? I signed a petition, but really? how much good is that gonna do.... I guess we'll just have to wait 'til tomorrow.
