{ Making of Empire Strikes Back }

Vanity Fair has released a few pictures from the upcoming book, The Making of the Empire Strikes Back. Some of these are too great. The pillows below Luke's 'death' is probably my fave. {via}
When Darth Vader (David Prowse) revealed his secret to Luke, Hamill was hanging onto a pinnacle above mattresses placed on cardboard boxes about 30 feet off the ground. |

{ TV does Knoxville }

What does a Gigantic Burrito and a fancy new house have in common? Both are from tv shows that are comin' to Knoxville! It seems like Extreme Home Makeover is looking for a new family, and Man v. Food, a favorite of mine, is shoting an episode here. Seems like Adam (of M v F) went to Ye Olde Steak House, Sweet P's (so good! and was my neighbor), and Downtown Grill & Brewery just to name a few. I hope he goes to my fave, Tomato Head! No visit to Knoxville is complete without it! Can't wait for these episodes!

{ Chattanooga: Dangerous? }

Yes. According to WalletPop (some AOL news company) Chattanooga has one of the most violent streets / neighborhoods in the county! I think it's higher than Memphis! Surprisingly I didn't see Detroit on this list, but I guess there isn't anyone living there to be in a violent crime? Idk, just found it interesting that the lil' city to the south made it into a top 10. {via}

Last John + I tried our hand at something we've wanted to do for a while, make our own homemade pasta. This might sound daunting to some, but we figured tons of idiots on hells kitchen tries it, why can't we? so we took a spin on our fave, lamb spaghetti to make a delicious lamb ravioli. Check out the process! it was super easy + fun + and totally deliciousness!

look at all my pretties! |
I was just so proud of them! and we ended up with like 35+ raviolis!! |
covered in spicy basil + mushroom sauce made it perfect! |
