Not an intense meal or anything, but I found recently a good idea for boosting your metabolism. I hate plain water so this totally was right up my ally. In a pitcher of water add 1 apple sliced (of your choice) and 1 cinnamon stick. Let sit over night ... delicious and a very helpful tip! If you get bored with the apple you can also do half a lemon and 1/4 cucumber sliced in water, great for those hot summer's on the deck or post walk!
